Sohail khan did a good job by bogged down us in to 300.And Misbah did a good job by handling the pressure.
Both teams played very well.

On the Indian side...Virat Kohli, Shikar Dhawan & Suresh Raina were the reasons behind the good target of 301 set
with still 3 wickets in hand. For Pakistan, Misbah was the only thing standing in between the team and utter
collapse of the batting line without even reaching 200. Shahzad & Afridi did their bit to add some stability but couldn't
really make a difference. Shahzad was playing nice but unfortunately didn't get his well deserved half-century
thanks to Umesh Yadav.

Misbah's patience & planning was excellent - I smelled a fish when he just let go one ball after the other during the first half of his overs, he was just getting rooted to the ground.

Sohail Khan was great, 5 wickets off 55 runs means great performance on his part. The other Pakistani bowlers
performed rather badly, just gifting away runs for most part of the game. But personally I think the best bowler in
this match was Mohammed Shami, with his 4 wickets off 35 runs. Mohit Sharma should be
given his laurels as well for his 2 wickets...but more importantly for giving up as few runs as possible for
most part of his game.

Overall India's performance was way better than Pakistan's in both batting & bowling aspects. A well-deserved
victory for the Men in Blue. Indeed a great start in their World Cup campaign as the defending champions!
