I guess I needed to explain. You folks are saying that Australia will blink because India will be a dominant consumer of Uranium in the future and that Australia cannot afford to alienate you as a customer. I'm going to say that Indian Nuclear reactors like the other components of the Indian power infrastructure is not going anywhere. They can afford to not to care about Indian business.

Thats indian policy /internal attitudes towards nuclear expansion for civilian purposes and nothing to do with India blinking on australia and signing the NPT. it's becoming sad how you are now parsing links to articles without reading them - or your delibrate lack of comprehension about *blink* in terms of signing the NPT.

that would be like saying - china chose not to have several dam projects means they blinked on india's protest on some of them or blinked about hydro electric power.
