Average annual rainfall of bangladesh is very much higher than that of India ..Above that you people recieve so much water from India through rivers ..Why are you wasting all that then crying ?If water scarcity continue to increase then I am afraid you may not get anything from those rivers ..Just make plans to harvest rain water ..thats only option for you in future
