At least one of them was written during his lifetime. What more proof is required ?

Please read my post.. It was varna system. How come karna become king at time of Mahabharata. Krishna is yadav. Several kings from 'so called' discriminated caste.
This varna system moved to caste system during mugal and british rule.

Only Krishna's Specific Family was destroyed. Rest of the Yadavas lived on. He was not the only king of the Yadavas. He was the most famous.
