None of the link provided by him or tweet say the said person name Mukesh Kumar is Indian. The OP might be considering him Indian going by his name which can well be of Pakistani hindu or BDeshi hindu or a Nepali.

The caught suspect may very well be Indian but let that confirmation come and then we should discuss. For now we are jumping the gun.
