Indian Swami acussed of SEX CD & Now charged with Sodomy

Bangalore, Apr 5: Swami Nityanand, who was arrested in a ‘sex CD’ scandal in March 2010 and is presently out on bail, has been charged with forced unnatural sex with a foreigner who is an IIT graduate of Indian origin.

A chargesheet has been filed against Nityanand in Bangalore’s Ramnagaram court, under section 377, on March 21.

The IIT graduate has alleged that Swami Nityanand sexually exploited him a number of times both in India and America.

But the Swami says that this man is already being tried for sexual exploitation of kids in USA and that he is trying to implicate him just in order to wriggle out from his own court cases going on in USA.

Swami Nityanand was arrested in March 2010 after the emergence of a CD in which he was shown in a compromising position with a leading actress of south.
