He talk as he know anything about China space research. In fact, he is just deluding himself with all the BS he talks. His indian manned mission crew are all training in Russia now. No different from China first manned mission where Yang Liwei was also send to Russia to train as astronaut.

He can delude himself indian don't depend on anybody for their space research or mission.

Currently, China handle all our astronaut training by CNSA. The many decades of experience already help us to master all the necessary skill needed to nurture an astronaut by ourselves.
