Show me an official statement of Pak military media wing, the ISPR or the govt claiming this. It was being circulated through unofficial profiles of journalists on twitter, ISPR never claimed it. All the statement said that 2 Pak soldiers were martyred in exchange of fire. DG ISPR's official statements are still available.

Here is what happen on India - Pakistan border , Pakistan kills 1 Indian soldier, India kills one perhaps two Pakistani soldier in response or vice vesra, that is normal trend.

And just like now, usually the side whose soldiers die, owns up to death of it soldiers ,and the other side stays quiet to enemy casualties.

But here we had, Pakistan claiming death of 8 - 14 Indian soldiers in response to admitting death of 2 of its own.

So what was different that night, that Pakistan was forced claim many time more casualties inflicted on India ?
