Indian rhetoric has destroyed hopes for reconciliation: Nawaz!

Nawaz isn't all talk. He's putting Pakistan back on the map. If his work isn't derailed and he completes his term, you can be sure that Pakistan 2018 will be a better Pakistan than we've ever had.
Of course. By 2018, more real estate will be owned by Pakistani looted money in Dubai than the number of homes built in Pakistan at the same time :D Speaking of you voting Nawaz, please do vote for him if he still is residing in Pakistan at the end of his term :D

Our relations with Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Myanmar are at a historic high!
Nepalese: Angry at your media
Burmese: Angry at your army
Pakistani: Angry at your terrorist government

Wow, job very well done :D

.
I can't say what in Indian govt. Mind currenty or how it want to proceed with relationship with Pakistan but one thing for sure Indian govt. Do not want involvement of Pakistani army or ISI in govt to govt talks... moreover Indian govt wants talk on its own term .. which seems a thrown in Pakistani army eye...
Though what ever may be the current stand of India.. one thing is clear Pakistani army never will want a good relationship with india... because the only thing which keep it going and make it the top institution in Pakistan is its proxy war against india..

Tough talk on the army for an Indian whose only exposure to Pakistan is a Pakistani defence forum and the old wives tales of NDTV.

Your analysis is hollow.

.
Reconciliation efforts were destroyed the day your ambassador met hurriyat even after repeated warnings of not to.
Sure if no one can stop your RAW from meeting BLA terrorists, why should our leaders not meet Kashmiri separatists? :D

Nepalese: Angry at your media
Burmese: Angry at your army
Pakistani: Angry at your terrorist government

Wow, job very well done :D
lol. Can't control the media, we are angry at the media as well.

And Myanmar is not angry at all on our army, you are just presuming that.
this is not the first time we have operated inside Myanmar, we have had joint ops deep inside Myanmar before and our NSA is going there in a few days for more joint ops in the future! :)

As far as Pakistan goes...well you know how that works! :D

Sure if no one can stop your RAW from meeting BLA terrorists, why should our leaders not meet Kashmiri separatists? :D

Are you equating an alleged ' meeting with R&AW & BLA with your High commissioner & hurriyat ?

BTW what makes you so sure the 'meetings' take place inside Pakistan ?

.

Even if RAW meets BLA, they have no obligation to facilitate diplomatic relations unlike Pakistani ambassador.

Reconciliation is not exactly aim for RAW.

Nepalese: Angry at your media
Burmese: Angry at your army
Pakistani: Angry at your terrorist government

Wow, job very well done :D
Nepalese - Media don't run the country. Gov't do.
Burma - I can understand their discomfort but nowhere are they moving towards anti India stance. Is still pro India after Modis visit.
Pakistan - Who gives a flying fcuk. :D

Sure if no one can stop your RAW from meeting BLA terrorists, why should our leaders not meet Kashmiri separatists? :D
Arre. Then why don't your gov't put conditions before bilateral meet? They can and they shud. Now you explain me, why don't they?

You mean the Indian government does not want a good relationship with Pakistan. India's loss. Central Asia of tomorrow spells "Pakistan and her allies".

It is not about wanting good relations with Pakistan or not, it is whether there is a realistic possibility of that. Pakistan is obsessed with Kashmir & there is nothing that India can & is willing to offer Pakistan which Pakistan will find acceptable. End result, no movement.

Pakistanis love to make the argument of central Asia, it simply doesn't interest or enthuse Indians in the way you imagine. In any case, Pakistan's asking price is never going to get paid, so end of story. India may chose a costlier way to go to central Asia through Iran but it can be done. Pakistan though is out of the Indian market, a market that most others find reasonably attractive. That is the crux of the argument. Pakistan offers itself as a transit to somewhere else, a way to "some where else" can be found bypassing Pakistan, India offers...well, India & there is no way around that.

In changed world scenario pakistan needs china more of it ...because no other country seems to be tuned to its frequency .
And unfortunately unlike USA china will not make us think twice before taking a decision ...As Mr nawaz shareef though a nice person has to shake his legs according to mood of the nation ..and mood of the nation seems to be very illogical as it was used to be ..

You can't simply undermine the equally fanatic obsession which India has with Kashmir by deflecting the blame towards Pakistan. That is not fooling anybody. Need I remind you how upset Modi Sarkar is on Pakistan's quest to harness the hydel resources of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir by building Diamer Bhasha and Thor valley?

It's also easy for you to assume that India has no interest in Central Asia, but then again that is your own feel-good analysis of the constantly evolving regional dynamics. On Tuesday Indians are jumping with joy on their brotherly relations with Iran and Afghanistan and the promise of a Chabahar connection to Central Asia and the encirclement of Pakistan, come Friday the enthusiasm has evaporated and turned into passive denial of any such interest as India sees Pakistan consolidating its position in its own backyard.

Granted, India is a good emerging market but that wasn't always the case. And as our rivalry carries us into the second half of this century, Pakistan's years of stagnancy may also already be behind us.

Pakistan is looking to offer not only transit but also a destination.

My only concern is that there are many more misinformed Indians like yourself who think they are an authority on Pakistan.

India will oppose any Pakistani plan in Pakistan controlled Kashmir just as Pakistan does in relation to the Indian controlled part. Beyond generalities, there is no Indian interest in Kashmir controlled by Pakistan, certainly no active interest in trying to obtain it.

On central Asia, I never said that India has no interests, merely that Pakistanis invariable overstate such interest. The Indian interest in a passage through Iran is less about encircling Pakistan, more about having an alternate path to countries of the region.

My point is simple. India & Pakistan don't have a common meeting ground for now. Better relations, while always desirable, are not likely in view of the circumstances. I have pointed out why I think that. Always open for an opinion from you or anyone else who might think differently. If you think that you have a reasonable proposition, put it forward & lets debate it.

Agreed with nawaz... india too need to reciprocate to the Pakistani govt.. nawaz has truly taken a lot of effort..but sad their army don't want good relationship with India...
Well Nawaz shareef put forward step to better relation with India that's why He came to Modi's Oath ceremony ingoring PA reservation to wait few time, even he has send his ministers to India to improve relation that's why Gas and Electricity Import Plan was put forward to improve relation and You know what He get.. Attacks in Balochistan, Karachi airport attack, Peshawar School Massacre, Shikarpur Massacre, Border violation, Killing of Villagers near LOC, daily basis warnings and threads from Indian Ministers Including Modi. and know Threat to Sabotage CPEC which He is working hard to complete it as soon as possibile...

And your are blaming on PA..
