Indian owned Dubai firm to build dry port in Indian-occupied Kashmir

UAE will defiantly invest.
the relations between UAE and India are really strong and it sends a message to the OIC that whatever hot air is expended in Pakistan, in the real world Muslim nations will be lining up to invest in India and Kashmir.

Governments can get choosy and selective when it comes to international matters. British stance towards Ukraine can’t be applied to another place since there are many other dynamics involved.
India and Britain have a treaty for mutual support against terrorism and sabotage. If civilians are killed the way you have advocated and the trail goes to you then better start looking for a good lawyer.

Can you tell which law is this and under which charter?

Google it, it's not hard. Apparently you are a legal expert...lol

Law to kill civilians?

No sir, there is no such law.

It is only claims out of emotions. “ We will kill anyone who enters our homeland etc etc.”

The United Nations General Assembly Resolution A/RES/33/24 of 29th November, 1978 reaffirmed “the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial and foreign domination and foreign occupation by all available means, including armed struggle.”

Pakistanis in GCC must boycott Lulu chain. When I resided there, I made sure my business went only to Pakistani vendors, even if these were small general stores rather than Indians. Pumping any money into their economy is as good as arming our own enemy.
Lol. I think for Lulu in particular, Indian expat business alone are magnitudes higher than any Pakistani contribution to their balance sheet. If you live in places like UAE, unless you really go out of your way, it’s quite impossible to avoid Indian retailers — including Lulu.

That said, I’m surprised by such a negative reaction to a positive news. India isn’t going to let go of Kashmir, it makes logical sense to drive private investments to improve local conditions and facilities. This is in the interest of locals residing in Indian Kashmir, whose “best interests” Pakistan claims to truly care about.

I am pasting the link here that has the entire content of this resolution.

It talks of Israel, Palestine, Zimbabwe, Namibia, South Africa and Comorian Islands.
Any mention of Kashmir?
And the reason is that Kashmir was already under another UN resolution and this would have given a conflicting statement on the same.

Moreover, who would decide what is colonial and foreign? I am sure that it would be done by the UN itself which it has done by naming the areas where it would apply. I mentioned those areas / territories above.

If Kashmir falls in the category then atleast one country should have taken a note and agreed with Pakistan. UAE being a close ally of Pakistan has decided against it because it thinks otherwise.

Now you know you are drunk on cow piss. Kashmir is clearly defined as an occupied territory in every sense of the term everywhere in the world.

There are 11 UN resolutions alone - https://www.pakungeneva.pk/ContentPage.aspx?ID=20

The resolution i referenced was a general one and the content within it is embedded within international law and ratified multiple times since.

I have lived in such places and did very well at avoiding Indian retailers. If CPEC projects in AJK and GB are a threat to India, then any form of bilateral investment treaty that legitimizes the Indian occupation of IoJK is unacceptable to Pakistan as well. Pakistan has to look out for not only the Kashmiri interests but its own as well.
