You are analysing whole matter in Pakistan's legal vision but in India whole different.
In Pakistan if someone became US citizen it would not affect his Pakistani citizenship. ( He can renew Pakistani Passport if it is expired)
But in India , anyone who take another country citizenship he would automatically lose Indian citizenship & have to get PIO or OCI card to get some concession in some are but he would treated foreigner legally.

Youre point is valid, but what i m trying to say here is for eg, say if government of Uk revokes my nationality (though I m not Uk national) which they can, if i m threat to their national security then where will i go?

or say If Someone in pakistani government trying to settle his score with me falsifies evidence against claiming that i have been national security threat and get my citizenship revoked, Will it change anything?

What right does the govt have to change or claim that i ' m no national of this country ? how can they change my origins
I mean i will still remain pakistani with the same blood

excellent answer, but sir 100 years is like what 3 generations ? by that time you have never been back home your descendants become total foreigner, in that context it can be said. but we are talking about that lady that despit ethe fact shes has Bristish nationality she still choose to work for India if i'm not mistaken.

You can blame her for securing her future in UK and abandoning India (a common practice in sub continent) , but saying shes not indian is out of question, You can take her out of India but you cant take India out of her, she will always remain indian for as long as she lives

Common misconception, the term NRI can only be used for Indian citizens who spend most of their time abroad. A person who has surrendered Indian citizenship is not an NRI. Remittances come from NRI's, very rarely from people who have taken other nationalities since they have little reason to invest predominantly in India. Statistics will back that up.

You may well be right on emotional grounds but this is a matter of legality. The government of India is spending Indian tax payers money on this rescue. The first obligation will have to be towards those who are by law Indian, not necessarily those who just claim a connection of the heart. It would have been very difficult to leave an Indian passport holder out & take this lady on board. She could only come in after Indian citizens have been evacuated.

They create soft image so that they do not get discriminated in their adopted country for being an Indian or following Indian culture. Others like Bobby Jindall reject everything Indian and become more white than the whites. Either way they do us no favour.
