Indian Navy mulling N-Powered Aircraft Carrier

.
One thing you should know...if that decision to make a nuclear carrier is made, in the end it will come. You can yap on the sides as much as you want, but the question for you will be how to manage the threat.

You mean like a little LCA under developmn for over 30 years and the P-15 that's still not commissioned since being launched in 2006?

When these fantasy programs are commissioned into the Indian military, then we will take notice, until then, dream on :coffee:

. . .
Indian carriers rarely leave port because they don't know how to operate it. Don't think for one second India is some kind of 'expert' in carrier operations because no one has even seen India do it under complicated conditions. You just have foreign carriers in your ports to boast, that's all you have.

India can never build a carrier using domestic components because it's beyond India's technology and knowledge grade. Not even the paint job is indian, it was done by Russia lol.

The Liaoning is better than every Indian carrier. At 65,000 tons, it's a beast!

The videos above shows IN usage of AC in 1971 war .

This alone counters all your BS brain farts .

If you have some shame (I am not expecting it from chinese trolls like you) left , don't post anymore in this thread . You are going to get humiliated more .

.
most advanced carrier after American carriers.
Liaoning is 65,000 tonnes. All of its components are Chinese since we didn't get foreign help.
All indian carriers are built with foreign components

Again, no one is interested in whether YOU take notice or not. You're just some random troll. You're noticing or not doesn't make a difference.

I think we should master the design of conventional carriers before going to Nuclear. Even Arihant propulsion system is not fully tested for now. We should test the N Propulsion system fully in Nuclear submarines before going out with AC.

.
Every component in every carrier you have is foreign. That's why you can't build your own carrier....you don't know how to build a carrier. Boast all you want but these are the facts.

2 domestic carriers are under construction for the PLAN.

Liaoning is the 2nd biggest and 2nd most advanced carrier after American carriers.

Liaoning is 65,000 tonnes. All of its components are Chinese since we didn't get foreign help.

All indian carriers are built with foreign components and it will take you multiple decades to build a carrier by yourself.

Just look at the LCA, even with foreign help its 30 years past and still not complete lol.

continue to day dream

That's why your P-15 hasn't been comissioned for over 8 years since it was launched in 2006 lol.

That's not an indigenous AC, that's all built with foreign components using Russian engineers. Aaaaaand it's conventional.

Rookie? Look in the mirror bud.

R&D is not an easy task,it needed years of hardwork and money,I dont know how you get 30 yrs info. The actual funding for LCA get after 1991 ,that is minimal because we are at financial crisis
at that time.Actual work progressed after 1998 ,but then sanctions after 1998 nuclear test ,make thing impossible.IAF can easily induct this fighter long ago.But they give priority to quality of fighter
than the indigenious pride ,so it is in development stage. But HAL do a commendable job even this sanctions.IAF chief also said LCA is much better than mig -21.But they must need a real 4-th generation aircraft,I am sure it will induct next year2014.
But the world initially dont know how chinese can develop 5-G fighter and other technologies in
just 2-4 years span of time.but then they found out the real secret of chinese efficency.sorry we dont do this:rofl:

sorry for off topic. But that chinese guy is really frustrated
India has real experience in shipbuliding.

By posting of a post like this in this PDF,you make yourself a world class IDIOT:rofl:.
Man ,a chinese from china ,a country that dont see a real naval warfare after 1948 trying to study Indians about Aircraft Carrier Operations. What a retard:hitwall:
Do you even know how much air sorties done by aircraft from INS vikrant in 1971
against east pakistan.?May be you CCP script media dont informed poor chinese
about 1971 war.pathetic

Guys I think one thing we are overlooking is the fact the IN seems to be seriously interested in EMALS and in this case N-power could be the only practical solution given the huge power demands of such a system (that has been designed for USN CVNs). @Dillinger you and I have had such discussions IIRC.

I agree that N-power WILL add another level of complication to this already (for India) ground-breaking mega project. But, hey, you have to start somewhere and I think in this case the pros outweigh the cons.

You actually have NO idea what you're saying.

At least this time name it as INS Chola to honor the only Indian dynasty which projected power outside of South Asia and conquered regions as far as the current Indonesia through its powerful navies.

Names of fall our carriers start with V as do the names of submarines. start with S.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE NAMES LEFT WITH LETTER V (fit for a carrier)

1.VIMAL
2.VINEET
3.VIRAAT (2nd time)
4.VIJAY
5.VINAASHAK
6.VIKRAM
7.VIPUL

Leave that @$$ burn kid aside... He is already feeling heat...

EMALS actually requires more power than a naval reactor can provide (during the duration of each launch) at the exact moment of its operation and ergo the EMALS requires a power storage system so as to provide the required kick...beat that.
