The Anti Sikh riots were after Indira Gandhi's murder by her Sikh bodyguards as a revenge against the Operation Bluestar which means Khalistani terrorism was well in place at time of the riots.

Feelings were running high after Godhra and people wanted revenge it is human nature, also a rumour was flying around that the Godhra train burners were held up in the Gulbarg Society so the mob went there to kill.

Not true. Satwant Singh and Beant Singh the two bodyguards were not Khalistanis. They killed Indira Gandhi because she attacked Darbar Sahib killing thousands of Sikh pilgrims. After Indira Gandhi was killed, the Congress carried out a general massacre of innocent Sikhs outside of Punjab who had nothing to do with Sikh militancy in Punjab.

people don't realize after the barbaric Godhara train burning riots would have happened no matter who was in power plus it was in Gujarat one of the most communal regions in country having witnessed many major riots since independence all except one under congress rule thanks to capable leader like modi riots of that magnified was controlled in three days the situation would have been much worse if a weak leader would have been there in his place and don't believe these congressi dogs who have been constantly barking of modi was responsible for those riots but remain silent when asked for evidence even after constantly searching it for than a decade and modis name has also been cleared by supreme court in major incidents during those riots like gulbarg society massacre in which a congressional map died
