India police say 848 tonnes of explosives are missing Police in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh say they are investigating the disappearance of several hundred tonnes of explosives.

About 164 truckloads, sent from the neighbouring state of Rajasthan, have failed to arrive since May.

Police say they suspect the involvement of illegal mining outfits, but one officer said some explosives might have been sold on to militants.
Two men have been arrested and rewards have been offered for five others.
The explosives were sent out from a factory in Dholpur in Rajasthan.
Police say the total amount of missing explosives is 848 tonnes, besides hundreds of thousands of detonators.

Thats quite a big amount of explosives :sniper::sniper:

Why cant indian army and police safe gaurd thier own weapons and if now something bad happened they will start pointing fingers towards Pakistan......

:pakistan:

There are more reports of missing trucks too but thats in urdu to most indians cant understand thats y i didnt put that link... bte thats BBC report

Now if something happens it will again be blamed on Pakistan......

No Fareez Zakaria will bring this up in their hate speeches.....

This could be done either by mining companies or the real corrupt contractors have profited heavily from selling them to private companies who love to grab the powder for the half price.

worst gets to worst, these explosives hopefully won't go in hands of naxal's. Big can of woopa$$ will be unleashed by the center on these maoists if they tried to go down the path of terrorizing capitals of states effected by naxal's.
