Bitch Please - Indian Army maintains on-weapon scale ammunition at battalion-level, at brigadier-level and at last as War Wastage Reserves (WWR). The CAG report in question is for the year ended March 2013 as very well mentioned - until March 2013 Indian WWR Reserves stood at 50% - thereby no updates on the same. Indian Army guidelines propose a WWR of 40 days - India won the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 in 13 days which lasted from 3-16 December 1971. The WWR were in a more pathetic condition during Kargil conflict which lasted for three months which ended up in Pakistani military retreating from Kargil. I am pretty sure those who rant on the recent CAG report would never accept another one in which MBT Arjun outran and outgunned T-90S MBT. A fcuking bunch of hypocrites as usual!

The Defence Minister of India has already said that CAG report was working on 2 year old data and that the situation is contentiously being improved and has already been improved by 50% since 2013.

It goes without saying that the only military in the region who undergoes a regular and through audit has these issues highlighted, everyone else likes to puff out their chests and pretend everything is tip top, if these things aren't highlighted how will you address them within your own militaries- every thought about that?
