I love Overload, Pappu Dholi, Begum Abida Parveen, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan

I also like some albums/songs of Junoon-Sayoni,Strings-OST Zinda, Mizraab-Panchi, Jal, Fuzon, The Call, and Corduroy(not a very popular band)..

These 2 are the only genres ie Rock and Sufi/desi that I like in Pakistani music and fortunately many of these guys record songs and perform in India.

^^^ well to be frank...i like only AR Rehman from bollywood..rest are not up to the mark...but thats just me..:P

I'm not exaggerating. Both countries have been copying off each other actually. But whereas Pakistani copies can be argued to have been accidental 2-3 second long matches, the Indians copy the entire song!

This is just a small taste of how Indian music directors like Nadeem Sharwin, Anand Milind, RD Burman, Anu Malik, and on and on have been duping their audiences. If the law in India was strong enough I bet we can sue them and drain out half of India's economy!

They are even copying obscure East Asian bands so no one in India will notice

I fail to understand how people still keep going to Indian cinema, watch the originals!

you know imitation is the sincerest form of flattery so i don't really mind the only thing is I just have two suggestions for india:

1- ask permission first and credit the original artists
2-give the original artists a cut of any profits the indians make from their copies
