The Indian EAM statement affects nothing with respect to the UNSC Resolutions or Pakistan's position.

Pakistan's position and its validity internationally, of implementing the UNSC resolutions and allowing a UN led plebiscite to determine the status of the disputed territory of J&K, remains unchanged.
