Baluchistan is an integral part of our country, on the other hand, Kahsmir is a disputed territory.

Kashmir is our integral part, haven't you heard of this term 'Atoot Ang"?

There is no comparison of of both. Now having said that, we are not stopping mosques, temple, church from operating in Baluchistan neither there is any curfew situation imposed in quetta since three months. There are no pallet guns being used openly in Baluchistan. And no mass rallies for freedom.

Let me put this bluntly, you see Quetta is one of the most voaltile parts pf Pak, not a month goes by without me hearing about bombings in Quetta, We do not want the same happening in kashmir, thus the security situation is a bit tight, I would rather stop them from going to Mosques than let them blown into smithereens. Curfews are for the safety of the kashmiris themselves.

How could Indian army be present there before freedom of India ? And why there is insurgency in kashmir since "always" ?

There were no J&k, Azad Kashmir and GB before the independence of India, your tribals attacked so India had to intervene, please brush up your knowledge, the insurgency started during late 80's when Pakistan started pushing yahoos, veterans of Afghan jihaad, into kashmir and then the shit actually hit the fan

Brother, there will always be reasons behind people taking up arms, you see, this is an extremely poor logic, I can use the same and tell you that TTP people also used to be civilians once, they were royally pissed when US started bombing them in their own land, killed their children while the Pakistani government stood silently and watched how their own people are getting droned back to oblivion, only then TTP took up arms to punish the Pakistani state.

You see any narrative can be twisted to fit your own agenda, please don't get me wrong , I wish all the best to Pak army on their war against TTP. Just wanted to show you the logical fallacy of your argument.

If we compare, we see attack on Indian soldiers are higher many folds than terrorists attacks in Quetta. So, It is the Indian army which needed to be put behind curfew not only for the safety of itself but also for the safety of Kashmirs from it.

Because as per UN resolution, for a plebiscite to happen, Pakistan has to move and vacate it's army from the region, that is one of the very first conditions for an election to take place, I know you people think of Indians as some kind of blood thirsty monsters eating kashmiris for breakfast, but it is actually Pakistan which is obstructing the referendum from happening. That is why i told you to read the resolution first, most Pakistanis who blame India for kashmir issue have no idea that it is actually their beloved country which is blocking the plebiscite.

Please be calm for a moment and think why Pakistan does not want to retreat? With the entire world watching, there is no way we can just go and conquer P.O.K even if PA vacates from there.

The truth is no one will ever let go of a land willingly, If both countries are hellbent on keeping a barren land which offers nothing but frostbites and death, do you really think they will give up Kashmir? Pakistan is as much responsible for Kashmir issue not being resolved as India is, until Pakistan accepts that it is not the victim here rather a reason behind this dispute we can not sit for negotiation.

Now let me share my perspective as an Indian, India is clearly is in a position of strength here, we can keep kashmir forever and no one will bat an eyelid, so if Pakistan really wants a solution through negotiation, It must bring something to the table which is more valuable than Kashmir.

I think the benefits of resolving Kashmir are for better than any concessions we could provide. We're talking about friendly relations, open trade, no more arms race, mutual development, and cooperation in all capacities. Pakistan and India are afterall both very similar countries, I think that kind of relationship would far outweigh anything I can think of.

Otherwise im not sure what you want from us, please give me some kind of idea.

We're talking about friendly relations, open trade, no more arms race, mutual development, and cooperation in all capacities. Pakistan and India are afterall both very similar countries, I think that kind of relationship would far outweigh anything I can think of.

I think India needs to rethink her foreign policy in the pursuit of peace. You can't really expect something in return for Kashmir when neither of us knows what could be given in exchange.

I'd personally just be happy with an internationally monitored plebiscite, and a population exchange. But im worried that the reason India is stalling the peace process is because it wants to assimilate the population first.

This is why im apprehensive about Modi getting reelected. he came on to power on an 'anti-pakistan' platform, and conceding even an inch Kashmir would be a massive blow for him and his party. That being said, is there a major political party in India that favours peace with Pakistan?
