What's new

Indian fighting fantasy series (i.e. BS) regarding Balakot air duals.

Basically Indians are saying "Hum ne to ankh mari thy, aap ne 'G' mar de, no fair"

.
Don't underestimate the crying of Indians.

Today US centcom visited Pakistan. Also as per the pictures, there were American Air forces guys too in the meeting with Pakistani delegation headed by Imran Khan. Something related to this may very well be discussed as well.

However, this safeguard did not help avert the aerial battle on the morning of February 27 in which the Indian side showed restraint despite F-16s intruding deep into Indian airspace.
For me the highlighted part is the real deal because before this Indians kept telling us how Pakistani jets were thwarted from entering Indian airspace and it was Abinandan who was chasing PAF out. This completely changes the narrative. It is now being admitted that PAF did intruded deep into Indian airspace. Slowly but steadily all PAF claims are being admitted by India. @randomradio

Not really, the F16s never went inside India according to ISPR so if this is the case then India will exploit this as much as they can.

ISPR also said F-16 or JF-17, take your pick, so at this stage it does not really matter and nor will the US push for it anymore than they need too. So IAF exploiting it will only bring more embarrassment for them.

It was never not admitted.

The IAF had pointed out from day 1 that 3 F-16s infiltrated into India. Now we know that the F-16s were carrying LGBs. The F-16s fired the LGBs, but once the Mig-21s showed up, the F-16s turned and ran away, so the LGBs missed targets. And one of the pursued F-16s was shot down. Hence PAF used F-16s in an offensive mission against India. This was the story from day 1.

ISPR claims F-16s never crossed into India.

That's India's claim indeed, but the fact is that F-16 were never used for bombing missions, and F-16s remained in Pakistani airspace.

F-16s never crossed but JF-17 and Mirages did. India did not accepted that any violation occurred and the point that you are making about missing targets when IAF showed up that was the exact point being made earlier that IAF thwarted PAF from violating airspace and hence they missed targets where as now they are claiming that F-16 did ventured deep inside India. So by that account the question of missing targets because IAF showed does not arise since F-16 as per India were already deep into Indian airspace. The PAF version is that it was the JF-17 and Mirages that were in aggressive mode with F-16s during CAP.

If that were the case then pieces of JDAM would also have been displayed along with the AMRAAM piece in the press conference

Kindly attend to the new thread on todays' IAF press release.

India has asked the United States if American personnel were present, as per its end-user conditions, at Pakistani bases from where F-16 fighters were deployed on February 26-27, when Islamabad decided to bomb Indian military installations after India struck a terror camp at Balakot.

ET has reliably gathered that while the US had not yet given a formal response, the information available with New Delhi is that the Pakistani military had asked all American personnel to leave the respective bases as they were preparing for forward deployment. The issue is still being pursued with the US, added sources.

Under end-user conditions agreed between the US and Pakistan, a detachment of American military personnel has to be present at each of the bases where the F-16s are stationed to oversee their actual usage and deployments.

However, this safeguard did not help avert the aerial battle on the morning of February 27 in which the Indian side showed restraint despite F-16s intruding deep into Indian airspace. The dogfight that ensued saw a MIG-21 Bison piloted by Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman being shot down after it chased and hit a Pakistani F-16.

The Indian officer was captured by Pakistan and later released at the instance of the US. However, Islamabad has denied using F-16s even though AMRAAM ammunition used by the plane was found on the Indian side. Pakistan has also lately denied that it has lost one of its F-16s.

The US, for its part, has told India that it’s still trying to ascertain the details and working on measures to ensure that such a situation doesn’t arise in the future. The matter was also discussed when foreign secretary Vijay Gokhale visited the US after the Balakot strikes last month.

The whole world is disagreeing with their claims and they are still in denial.
"when Islamabad decided to bomb Indian military installations after India struck a terror camp at Balakot..."
terror camp? My foot! Sh!t-headed Modi and Co. lied about this terror camp nonsense for justifying their aggression against Pakistan for gaining some political mileage in their domestic politics. And Pakistan has kicked and busted Indian azz in retaliation to that aggression. Now that coward Modi will only talk about the 'terror camps' but will not venture out in aggression real or imaginary.

It looks like PAF has hit the Modi azz real hard. Indian whining of Pak 'using' F-16 on 27/2 is still non-stop. Well, dad Sam cannot do a sh!t for his crybaby Modi in this regard. To get Sam's attention, Modi has to do much more than just showing a stolen piece of AMRAAM.

U.S.A doesn't care. I guarantee when we have money to buy more F16s, U.S.A will do it. Right now we are busy to settle our economy and doing work to come out from Grey list.
