Pakistan have full right to defend herself simple! PAkistan should make ICBM (which our ONE OF begerat general rollback knowns as "Musharaf". Pakistan should make ICBM > Upto the range > Israel! thats it

US will auto-backup this non-sense plan! rest of our enemies are fully under target!

fully agree with the bolded part.......the rest is just pure baloooney.....

You don't realize what you are talking about my friend.

What 'leverage' does the U.S have on China?

Hint: Count the 'leverages' China has over the United States... ;)

Who controls/would be controlling the precious Earth metals in the future?:azn:

Then why is China reducing Iranian oil.;) Even in India we have huge reserve of rare earth metals.

Zeeshan served glass of acid in India

BANGALORE: Pakistan blind cricket team captain Zeeshan Abbasi was made to drink a glass of acid during breakfast in India, Geo News reported on Saturday here.
The captain, who is leading national blind side in Twenty-20 World Cup Cricket Tournament for the blind at Bangalore, was apparently made to drink the hazardous liquid as the acid glass was served during breakfast right in front of partially blind Zeeshan Abbasi.

Chairman Pakistan Blind Cricket Council Sultan Shah alleged that the glass filled with acid was deliberately placed on the table, if not, then why was it placed on the breakfast table?

“Abbasi is not feeling well, his health is worsening,” he told the media.

Skipper of the Pakistan blind cricket team has been shifted to the local hospital and despite a delay in medical assistance he is not out of danger as the acid failed to reach his stomach.

Zeeshan Abbasi is the fast bowler of Pakistan blind cricket team and comes under partially blind B2 category.

He made his International debut in 2000 and has played a pivotal role in the success of the Pakistan team on many occasions.

Pakistan defeated India on Friday by eight wickets in Twenty-20 World Cup Cricket Tournament being held in Bangalore.

i agree with you...fully...
now i know what was the rzns why the development of ICBM by Pakistan were not announced publically......and are in state top secrets....
well is India under sencations by US??
if no then why will this happen to only Pak??
if yes then wt about india militry deals w/t us??
Good question but if you know current Indo-US relations, you won't have problem in understanding why there is difference in the way US behave with India and Pakistan.

1. Indian ICBM is actually supposed to be of range 5000 km which is not enough to reach US. Many Chinese experts have said that India deliberately released the data that this missile is of 5000 km so that it won't cause any concern in US. According to them, Agni-V is capable to strike 8000 km and beyond.

2. India is beefing up its military and due to various snags in weapons procurement with Russia like Gorshkov deal or Indian strategy to diversify its arsenal to reduce dependency on one country has opened the markets for various players. This means a billion dollar market which US needs for its economic revival. If you look at P8I,C-130, C-10 Globemaster deal etc., it has provided much needed orders to various US companies and saved hundreds of jobs.

3. With growing Chinese influence in economic and political field and its rise in military power, US wants to pitch India as counter weight to China in Asia. So in order to contain China which is much more important for US, it is taking steps to influence India on its side. Another factor is Indo-China growing relations which is not favorable for US.

This is few reasons for US is not creating fuss on Indian ICBM development and increasing defense ties.

As for Pakistan,

1. The recent strained ties between US and Pakistan has raised doubts among various skeptics in US that think Pakistan is double dealing with US vis-a-vis Afghanistan. OBL raid, Salala etc. just added fuel to these strained relations.

2. Many skeptics in US think that growing extremism in Pakistan can result in terrorists getting its hands on Pakistan's nuclear assets. They are way too paranoid, ignoring that Pakistan's nuke assets are well guarded.

3. Another factor is that due to emergence of two school of thoughts within Pakistan military can result in creation of anti-US military block within Pakistan which may have control on nuclear assets and which may pose danger to US in Afghanistan and its bases in nearby countries.

Kindly note that, I am just explaining what type of paranoia or risk US thinks off. Its not my views but the words of many experts and think tanks in US who are way too skeptical about present US-Pak relations.

If you need more points, kindly let me know.

"The nuclear weapons are not uniquely vulnerable, but they are geographically close to al-Qaeda's leadership."
Dr Daniel Markey, Council on Foreign Relations

"[What is] most dangerous, is the gradual spread of radical Islamist ideas in Pakistan."
Dr Gareth Price, Chatham House

BBC NEWS | South Asia | Viewpoints: Pakistan's extremist threat

"As Vice President Biden has warned: "It is hard to imagine a greater nightmare for America than the world's second-largest Muslim nation becoming a failed state in fundamentalists' hands, with an arsenal of nuclear weapons and a population larger than Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, and North Korea combined."

Islamic extremism is systemically on the rise in Pakistan, and elites there – both civilian and military – do not appear to have the will or the means to resist. It is also important to understand that U.S. policy instruments are too weak to affect significantly these evolving and disturbing societal trends in Pakistan. That is a preeminent task for Pakistanis. But maladroit U.S. actions can make the situation in Pakistan worse

Robert D. Blackwill, former U.S. Ambassador to India, is a senior fellow at the RAND Corporation, a nonprofit institution that helps improve policy and decision-making through research and analysis. This commentary, adapted from a speech before the Confederation of Indian Industries in Mumbai on May 7, 2009, reflects his personal views.

You just tested the world's best anti-missile system? Gosh, if self declaration was in fashion, you would be ..... ah well, you'd still be a nobody. Anyway, I wonder what kind of ABM system can even begin to engage an extremely fast, super maneuverable, ABM dodging missile that can change even it's terminal position many times!

Anyway good luck with our Shaheen 1A, let alone any of the later versions/variants.

Our current ABM can take out the enemy missiles at the speed of 5 mach....what's the speed of Shaheen ? and more over what do you have to cover your skies?

our ABM is been tested successfully publicly so we don't have to worry about the missiles change the terminal positions, still they would be intercepted....

Every nation analysis situations continuously to have in place the best weapons and strategy required to protect it and its people. Today India, Israel and USA individually and together are a threat to Pakistan's physical existence and the ideology it represents.

OP article discussed to death, many times before which won't deter India's inhabitants from developing obsessive behavior towards Pakistan's nuclear program. The more they try to flame up their propaganda the more hostility it will create, the hostility and a thermonuclear reality they can't do anything about except from having to live with it.
