When did we judge our own crime? We simply ask that 'evidence' is required to substantiate one's claim - So where is it ?

Furthermore if you think you've got basis for any claim made against Pakistan that can be backed up by 'evidence' - Take us to the International Court of Justice; Pakistan has never shied away from doing that in the past & it probably won't now !

Come on...give me a break....I work with a bunch of Malaysian for last three years. Misunderstanding 'India' to mean 'You' isn't very intelligent either.

India takes us to the ICJ; the UN Security Council designating anyone a terrorist or otherwise proves nothing because it is not a Court of Law - the International Court of Justice, on the other hand, is an organ of the UN made for that precise purpose !

And by the way this wasn't even the UN General Assembly but the Security Council - What we're going to take 'votes' over who is or who isn't a terrorist ? Why not then let the Parliaments of our respective countries do that & be done with it once & for all ?

Evidence is provided in the Court of Law not Representative Bodies !

i have met and talked to many non worker indians sheep who come to Madina, and they all talk the same things
the women complain, and the men complain
I have met them from Delhi, from UP, bihar and mostly hydrabadis ... the south indians tend to complain less though.
