The facebook image you posted says the troops were chanting slogans against Pakistan, not protesting. There is a fine line between cursing someone out and protesting.

Indian army kill innocent and unarmed Kashmiris on both sides of LoC and when they are given a teeth shattering reply, they come out and protest.
