Cause if you read the article, you'll see that the protests were held by political parties, not the army.
Nowhere in the article does it say the Army protested.
The facebook image you posted says the troops were chanting slogans against Pakistan, not protesting. There is a fine line between cursing someone out and protesting.

why are they hiding inside the city and cursing us why not man up and fight

Indian army kill innocent and unarmed Kashmiris on both sides of LoC and when they are given a teeth shattering reply, they come out and protest.
