The Indian Naval Chief said that China was too far ahead for India to catch up, in ALL fields.

Those were his literal words, check it. He also said the gap is too wide to breach, and getting wider every day.

Now those are words with authority behind them, not forum posts from internet nationalists.

and another said that the navy can protect its interests in south china sea against china. like i said, subjective sources with different perceptions. morover (most people dont know this) , but war cannot be decided on a piece of paper. When I replied to this matter a month ago, I mentioned that India was the trouble maker in this border conflict, but some Indian forum member denied that, as the majority of the Indian members were furious about the Chinese "intrusion" at that moment. Now that the Indian government has confirmed that the Chinese army only responded after the Indian army violated the protocol (and to make situation worse, they lied about their violation to GOI), I am wondering what people think on this matter.

We put their country into a nation-wide panic with only a handful of soldiers.

Nawaz Sharif on the other hand, after he came to power he immediately said "I will visit India even if they don't invite me". And India even turned him down!
