I hope you realise a few things.

1. No general will "Start" a war by firing a nuclear missile. The war would be going for atleast 24-48 hours. Have some faith in your forces. I think the Pakistani force can resist the Indian conventional forces for that much time. And once the conventional war starts the phones in both Delhi and Islamabad will be ringing with Beijing, Moscow, Washington DC all trying to de-escalate the situation in case some trigger-happy general presses the red button.
2. During these 24-48 hours Indian Nuclear Command Authority including the PM and top leadership will be evacuated to Nuclear Proof Bunkers and our Nuclear Response Teams will be put on high alert.
3. Our satellites monitor every square inch of Pakistan. So do the satellites of US, Russia, China etc. If any of these satellites detect any activity whatsover on your nuclear front our forces will be ready to respond within minutes.
4. Lets say you launch 20-30 missiles in the first wave and 3-4 of them manage to evade our BMD and hit the targets India will launch a massive second strike. Even if you launch a Tactical Nukes we will launch a massive second strike. This is clear from our nuclear doctrine
5. We have enough Nukes to overcome any defense you have and cause irreversible damage to Pakistan. I concede that in case of Nuclear war India will be severely crippled and may take decades if not centuries to recover but what makes you think that Pakistan will survive the nuclear conflict
6. If Pakistan does not survive what kind of "Azadi" will Kashmiris get? Which country will they join after the war? You think that Kashmir will be immune from the fallout of a nuclear war?

Starting a Nuclear War is a surefire way to sign a death warrant to not only Kashmir but your own countrymen also. It is nothing but a kamikaze suicide move on a scale of millions.

I am not aware whether nukes (not bikes ) are stored in component form or fully mated.But like I said every square inch is monitored by satellites and any nuclear activity will send the phones ringing in both Islamabad and New Delhi. No One wants a nuclear war because there is no winner.

Your problem (like many of ours here as well) is that you see things as Hindu or Muslim.

I see things purely as an Indian. Not Hindu. Not Muslim. And except in my personal life, with zero connect to anyone else, not Parsi either.

Awesome! You have just written a nice script for bollywood but sorry mate your script is quite away from reality, You just mentioned about first barrage of missiles but forget about MIRV and sub-launch second strike nuclear capability. You have mentioned Nuclear bunkers but how long they will stay their when whole India is dealing with a nuclear devastation? and what makes you to think that we will launch just 20-30 missiles in first wave after knowing about indian missile defence capabilities? if we are increasing the number of nuclear stockpile then we are also increasing the number of delivery system.

You have quiet alot expectations from your missile defence capabilities while considering your purchase of S-400, I don't think the concerned authorities have much expectation from your current BMD capabilities. neither any international expert shares a positive outcome from it. Apart of that our nuclear yield have improved alot in 20 years.
