These kashmris were a lil insecure, so Indian government decided to be generous on them and gave them article 35A in our constitution which allows only a kashmiri to buy and sell properties within the state of J&K.
But that will be gone soon.

I want to buy a land in Kashmir, make a building over it and rent it to kashmiri pandits. Oh! Those homeless souls need a shelter.
