Only thing the 4500 figure matches with is a 2012 figure by Antony which included soldiers killed from all causes(diseases, accidents etc)

But for the 4500 figure given by an RTI clerk their are already figures(144) given by much more senior figures(ministers) in legislature.

So as long as your are unable to bring an official Pakistani source giving a different figure the 27 figure is full and final.

Nope ISPR never mentioned about total military casualties in it's year end infograpgh or even in recent press briefing by DG.

For 4500 figure by RTI clerk there is a different figure(144) given by much higher authorities.
But for 27 figure corroborated by defence minister there is no other figures.
