Don't worry about that ! They are of BSF (border security force) which is a paramilitary force, During a war Army takes control of the borders from BSF !

Don't turn this into another sexism flame war. Men are not always stronger than women, but we should also remember that women in the military usually have to go through the proper physical and mental rigors faced by their male counterparts. Respect them and don't underestimate them, but don't objectify them and don't get too emotional either.
