Both countries have problems if their own, so showing each others problems is not going to do any good.

As regaridng war between India and China it not going to happen, bcoz both countires know war is not a solution for solving problems. Ya India and China have border dispute and sooner or later will be solved by both.

And becauce we keep fighting with each other western countries take advantage of this and keep in poking their nose in other countries internal matters.

So the best thing to do is to progress and let other progress.

I love how the think tank in pakistan and chinistan are drooling over this report.

First, china is already taking steps to improve bilateral relations with India after India carved its own path in defiance of P5, in 98. pakistan tried to follow suit by clutching the dhoti of India, but it got them nowhere and they are now isolated with their only hope lying with china. The bilateral trade between India and China is $40 billion now and increasing rapidly. By 2017, it will cross $100 billion. The situation will be the same as US and China now. Any misadventure by China in India will be disatrous. Taiwan will declare themselves independent, US will find its excuse to rein in North Korea and establish a base in China's backyard, and Tibet will stage a coup'de'tat.

Second, the biggest concern of China is social revolt from their citizens. China has a reported case of 85000 social unrest events a year (increase of 50% over last year). The govt takes away land without any compensation, work conditions are worse than the slaves treated in US and the people are growing uneasy. Moreover, the recession is not helping. The reverse migration from cities to rural areas will mean that China's red hot growth rate will slow down for a few years, while India which is not that integrated in the world economy will continue growing at an impressive rate of 6% (during recession).

Why would China attack India? China is not an Indian competator rather it has already over took US economicaly. With warming of US-China relation recently, the situation has changed much

If china attacks india it will face many problems within it. First it can't use it's whole 22,00000 troops to fight with india. There should be many troops in Tibet, Xinjiang and in many other regions. If the Full scale war started then the indian intelligence agencies will equipy the tibetian and xinjiang people to increase the head ace to the chinese. China can't attack the Mumbai very easily without facing the indian navy. Even though if the india was nuked they can't defet india ,because the soul of india was not in the indian cities, it was in 700000 indian villages.

Most of these threads are a joke..I can understand why some defense analysts and the media keep playing up these kinds of news. One they want more money for defense,if there is no threat it is kind of difficult to ask for more money.Same tactic everywhere,just before the Congress decides on some major defense funding,the American media gets flooded by news bemoaning the loss of American superiority to Russia,China,Iran whatever..

And as for the Indian media,there are too many entities in a limited space.A temporary phase before the market stabilizes. During a recent visit to India,I saw this channel called "Times Now" which always had a breaking news scroll(in big bold colored letters) in the bottom of the screen 24/7. How can there be breaking news all the times unless you start making it up?

Hehe sir dont u think this war hype benefiting india? So many weapons we orderd and moved our troops towards china border and also raising 50,000 new troops. Isn't that great news for india sir? Yes there wont be a war. i mean india aint no 1962 india that PLA fought. 8 chinese soldiers vs 1 indian soldier holding cheap gun. War aint gonna happen but what will happen is our indian strength would be 3 times more in 5years as we are inducting lovely new weapons. Exactly why we went through all the trouble if we are not going to use "nukes" at least as a trump card so that China does not attack us in the first place.

Ofcourse we don't wan't to use nuke but keep the option open and believe me we will never have to use nuke or any other weapon against China.

May be you should understand the different between a 3-4 MT and

a 15-20 KT nuke.

The bomb USA drop on Japan= around 20 KT.

It's as simple as this. The Indians know there will be an attack for this very simple reason:

IF CHINA IS ATTACKED BY ANYBODY, CHINA WILL RETALIATE.

So RSS/BJP/Congress/Babus is basically saying that India will attack China first, after which China will retaliate. And since India will be the initiator they know the exact dates!
