Army, special units of police, garud commandoes, NSG from nearby location, air force and local authorities. Above that figher planes in air, on the ground, UAV, heli, and one large plane of air force in the air. Lot of people co-ordinating. First brigade commander, air force leader, anti terror head etc. Central control being taken from Delhi.
