Pakistan army was never involved in Kargil conflict until late 2008 reports confirmed it. You contradict your own intelligence service's statements. Are we to believe you or your govt in this regard ??

In June or maybe July of 2012 Pakistan was mortaring Indian troop position for several days, ended up killing a few (IND) and injuring at least one Indian soldier, without taking any losses. These kinds of skirmishes occur on the border with a handful of losses on either side give or take.

Those Indian soldiers that have fled back to Indian side of the LoC are not safe by any means, most likely PA knows which outposts or point they came from and that area will be attacked.

You could argue India took revenge for the bombing of Indian outposts by PA in June or July 2012, where PA ended up killing approximately 2 Indian troops, 1 additional Indian soldier killed by Kashmiri militant, and 4 Indian soldier injured by PA.
