Pakistani govt is responsible because

1) they banned LET after the parliament attacks, acknowledging that they are terrorists, but in reality allowed hafeez saeed and his people to run a new org called JUD at the muridke headquarters, i.e. allowed the same terrorists to run a new org under a new nameplate at the same training camp. is that how china understands about banning an org? I'm sure not.

2) Secondly, even today JUD, a banned terrorists org, as per GOP and UN is able to print fund raising advertisements in mainstream newspapers and the govt looks the other way. is that possible in a responsible country like china? answer honestly and you will know how the pakistani govt plays a double game and is totally responsible for protecting these assets.

But where is the solid proof?

The kind of proof, that would lead the UN, or national governments, to officially declare that the Pakistani government is responsible?

Solid proof??? UN? Where China protected JUD three times before relenting after mumbai attacks? Arent we innocent little angels LOL. For a moment I thought you were asking sincerely thanks for clarifying that.

A government protecting terrorists is proof enough. A terrorist organisation allowed to openly operate and raise money while on paper banning it so that China can protect them at UNSC using that flimsy excuse is good enough for karma and karma we see in action, thanks for watching the show.

BTW, whats the need to declare pakistan a terrorist state in UN??? What practical advantage does that have??? Absolutely none. What punishment pakistan gets, what medium, what manner, intensity - does not worry india or china, lets not pretend otherwise.
