Well, well, well ..... actually China claims "whole of Ladakh" and "Northern" part of the IOK as it own Territory. Due to this indian blunder of Article 370, China now has the green card to use force to take its territory back. These indians are in for a gigantic surprise.

Yep. It has been disputed territory between pakistan and India since day 1 and remained specifically as an autonomous/semi autonomous state aligned with Hindustan on the basis of these articles you abrogated.

Indeed, their accession was conditional on said articles. Now with abrogation of the instrument of accession, the contract between the Kashmiris and Delhi is voided. Nothing you say or Modi says will alter that fact.

Moreover, the vast majority of the people themselves unequivocally want full independence from India.

There is no question that they are a free nation under forcible occupation.
