India wants to fight Pakistan conventionally,Pakistan wants to jump from subconventional to nuclear

Don't be in a hurry to reply, check who is being quoted.

Prahar is quick reaction, salvo launched missile, similar to Nasr, just that it has three times its range and a single carrier can salvo fire 6 missiles, as opposed to 4 in Nasr. So I don't see, why so much hype.

If you have Abdali, then we have Prithvi.

If you Ghaznavi then we Agni and Shaurya.

If you air launched RAAD, we have air launched Bhramos.
And so their would be no war or it would be devastation on both sides
MAD

Btw Pakistan just does tests of the system as we do of other ones but hype is created by media and strategists on both sides who see this as the introduction of tactical nukes and there battle usage possibility in the subcontinent

.
I already been discussed, scroll up the conversation.

Having plutonium mean diddly squat if you are not capable enough to miniaturise the warheads to golf ball size. India do not have this expertise.

On what basis, can you claim that India does not have this expertise, where as Pakistan does??
Because, you never tested any.

Is this just because, you created NASR, so now you claim, you also have working tactical nuclear weapons ?

This is the post i quoted
And you need to understand, if you are firing a tactical nuke, then it is already full blown war, rather it is a nuclear armageddon. India will respond with massive nuclear retaliation.

If you are firing, NASR with a convention explosives, then it doesn't even have a punch of 500 pound bomb.
Similiarly India can respond by firing Prahaar at your defensive formations, albeit a single prahaar battery can fire much futher, cover more area and has more missile viz - a - vis, its counterpart.

So go ahead, show us the declared capabilities(hahaha) of each country's nuclear weapons.

Now don't run away, feel like making a turd sandwich today.

Nobody else is quoted other than me?

. .
Two posters have been quoted in that post and not just you, read properly.
There is no poster as far as i can see. Maybe some invisible poster you quoted or someone who might have blocked me.

Why is India mum on tactical nuclear weapons? Do we have them

As per the information available in the public domain, India does not have tactical nuclear weapons

India does not have it to the best of my knowledge, because we do not need it," the defence expert said.

‘Pakistan has built low-yield nuclear weapons to counter Indian aggression’
WASHINGTON: Pakistan has made low-yield nuclear weapons in response to India’s actions under its cold-start doctrine, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhary told a news briefing here on Tuesday.

Out of all places, Pakistan confirmed the existence of tactical nuke on American soil!! What else you need towards confirmation? Is the foreign secretary level not enough for you?

It is widely reported that the second phase of nuclear testing done by Pakistan in Kharan Baluchistan (Not Chagai) back in 1998, was these low yield warheads.

As I said to one of your kind, (as you are not paying attention to what was discussed previously), India own behaviour and response on hearing about Pakistani tactical nukes is a give away. India wants to respond with strategic nukes in reply to the use of tactical nukes by Pakistan on Indian forces. That in itself is clear indicator of non existence of tactical nukes in Indian inventory. These miniaturised nukes are work of art, which comes with extreme design complexities and demands very high level of technical knowhow!

NASR got absolutely nothing to do with our tactical nukes. They were developed long before NASR was even envisaged. NASR is JUST ONE of the delivery vehicle to carry these beasts. You can add, RAAD and BABUR to many different array of weapons system which can be equipped with them.

You are confusing Miniaturized nuclear weapon with a tactical nuclear weapon. A tactical nuclear weapon has low yield. Where as miniaturized nuclear weapon has low weight, and is small enough to to fit within the nose cone of small missile or in MIRVED configuration.

Battlefield tactical nukes manufactured by established nuclear powers are miniaturised in sized.

Also, are you now clear that India do not possess such weapons?

You still do not understand - a miniaturized nuclear warhead is not the same as Tactical nuclear warhead.

eg W76 warhead is a miniaturized nuclear warhead it weighs on 200 kg but it is not a tactical warhead as it has yield of 100 Kt.

Similarly India too has developed warheads of less that 150 Kg with a yield of 12 Kt.

What I am saying to you that tactical nukes are miniaturize in size. Golf ball size. The warheads. So they can be mounted on things like normal artillery shells or bombs dropped from jets. For instance, NASR got a small diameter yet it can carry the tactical nuclear warheads.

India do not posses such level of miniaturization and that's why I have given you links clearly mentioning that India do not posses tactical nukes.

There is no nuke yet invented, that is size of a golf ball, the smallest nuke warhead ever made was W48 weighing 58 kg.
A tactical nuclear weapon is called such because it has low yield. Strategic nuclear weapon (having a yield of couple of Kilotnnes have been miniaturized eg W84 which weighs only 180 Kg but has a yield of 150 Kt.

Get yourself updated. W54 was the "man portable" nuke designed way back in 1961, weighing 23kg! As for Pakistan, once Musharraf did the slip of tongue in his interview and mentioned about "golf ball size" warheads, while gesturing with his hands.

Bottomline is, India do not posses such miniaturised low yield warheads. I have already given you links from your own media.

Musharaf is an idiot, prone to exaggerations and his farts are the worst possible source.

No country ever has been able make nuke size of golf ball and it is not physically possible. Unless Pakistani scientists have found ways to change the laws of physics.

Because critical mass Plutonium itself is 11 Kgs.

And India does not posses warhead size of golf ball, but it does posses 100 -150 Kg warheads - small enough to be carried by Prahar.

Why would Pakistan want “the world’s smallest nuclear weapons”?

Musharraf fked up India proper. Be it in Kargil or in geopolitics. His downfall was his internal policies.

https://cms.qz.com/wp-content/uploa...nhavecreatedsmallestnuclearbomboftheworld.jpg

I know you cant read Urdu, but the summary is that Musharraf told the western diplomats that Pakistan indeed posses world smallest nukes.

You can live in your lalla land and be delusional. But I am sure the Indian establishments knows the score, as briefed by Americans.

India posses diddly squat.
