China and India are trying to expand their spheres of influence in the same region of the world. As well as having an open border dispute.

Rivalry is a given. The only question is whether it will stay as a geopolitical/economic rivalry... or descend into something worse.

Eating with bear unwashed hands is as 'hygienic' as eating with unwashed spoons or unwashed chop sticks. We wash our hands before we eat. You may chose to eat with contaminated chopsticks and still call it hygienic !
