India to protest China letter to West Bengal

Remember that one Indian author who said Kashmir should be able to decide its fate?
and Remember how on this very forum Indian members were advocating her death?

I think the Pot wants the kettle back
I wouldn't say that we advocate her death. But yes majority dosent support arundhaty roy. She have a nack of commenting against on every majority opinion. But u wont see indian government behind her back, crying for her blood. she still make ridiculous comments WHILE STAYING STILL in india.

And please note shes not dead yet. Can we any guarantee that for a dalai lama in china, or salman tahir in pakistan.?

I agree, why did the US kill Bin Laden? Why were they so concerned about the actions of just 1 lunatic fringe imam? Was it because Bin Laden went against the US?
a quick glance on wikipedia will answer your question. there's no comparison between the two

If we wanted to kill the Dalai Lama we would have done it years ago, he much more beneficial alive.

Dalai Lama also helped CIA funded Troops fight Chinese Troops will he stand trial for his terrorism and separatists activities ? Like I've said maybe one day Lama can visit Tibet, through the right process through China but until that day comes we have to see.

Well thats a good question. So you mean to say he have bombed chinese cities, killed thousands of chinese? Got into main land and planted bombs all over china?

Would like to know more about what he did? Coz i do not think this OLD man, who the world consider as a messenger of peace can do henious act of crimes only FOR ONE COUNTRY.

He funded Terrorism, Separatism in the past and contiunes to attack China with Statements like were destroying Buddhism completely false. so if Bin Laden Renounces Violence should he be forgiven for his past ? Justice must be brought.

I think unlike osama, if dalai lama is dead, other wise stagnant or peaceful resentment of chinese by these monks can turn violent and can cause a mild headache for china. That is why he is not dead yet.

But would like to know, did any troops of dalai lama fight against chinese? When? When chinese entered tibet, or after that?

Well its hard to believe though. Cause there would be atleast one independent news outlet or resources or a person other than chinese, who can vouch for chinese claims, if at all the same is true. Coz at least some will be outside the influence of the BIG EVIL US, right. Even for iraq, afghan, israel, there are resources which criticise US. But really hard to find any with respect to dalai lama other than chinese.

Well, let me see. Do you consider the "New York Times" to be a Chinese source?

New York Times - Dalai Lama Group Says It Got Money From C.I.A.

The Dalai Lama's administration acknowledged today that it received $1.7 million a year in the 1960's from the Central Intelligence Agency, but denied reports that the Tibetan leader benefited personally from an annual subsidy of $180,000.

The money allocated for the resistance movement was spent on training volunteers and paying for guerrilla operations against the Chinese, the Tibetan government-in-exile said in a statement. It added that the subsidy earmarked for the Dalai Lama was spent on setting up offices in Geneva and New York and on international lobbying.

It was the Tibetan Government in exile itself that said this. :azn:

Bear in mind that during the 1960's, the Tibetan Government in exile was based in India.

If India Hosts Buddhist Convention - Its None of Chinese Concern Until it has Anti-Chinese Propaganda ! The Seminar was Religious and There was Nothing Politics In it !!

China Should Stop Whining !

I hope the chinese govt dont give unnecessary attention to these kinda functions !!
They are themselves pulling their diplomacy down !!!
If the CCP is so arrogant they expect indian govt to accept their demand EVERYTIME???
Their new found power is going to their head, they shouldnt do like this, and this is aint diplomacy sending letter to a state secretary !!!
They can do whatever in china , but asking indians to stop attending something in their own territory???
This is arrogance and hypocricy !!!
I hope CCP dont do this kinda things in future !!!
We want good relationship with china !!!

Yeah right.

China's policy for the past few decades, was to keep a low profile while we build our capabilities.

India might try this game too, so we will force them to surface before they are ready.

So are you ready now?
