Also its NOT the Chinese Company. Do check this : China and UK strike space deal - BBC News
It States :
Approval for the deal has come from the highest levels in government in both London and Beijing, and the satellite data package was actually part of the £1.4bn of trade agreements signed between premiers David Cameron and Wen Jiabao during their summit on Monday.
Both administrations gave their consent after being re-assured that no technology transfer rules were being broken.
From your own source:
"The deal was penned between Guildford satellite imagery provider DMCii and Beijing-based company 21AT."
From their company's website:
"The Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology Co. Ltd (21AT), was founded on 6th June 2001 in Beijing and was the first independent commercial satellite operator and non-governmental investor in remote sensing satellite system in China."
But regarding the misleading title of this thread, that is beside the point. The point is that your Indian govt is launching 3 satellites for a UK company, DMCii, the sats owner.
The reason why DMCii selected India for the sats launch is anyone's guess, but, as many here have speculated, it is probably due to cost.
Satellite imaging is a highly sensitive field. I'm no expert, but approvals from the highest level is probably necessary, especially when those images are taken from a foreign satellite.
US , reached moon with worlds most powerful motors, yet Russian Engines are Still more efficient and used in Atlas. US or A US Company using Russian Engines make no difference.
China has Launched a manned Mission in space, yet India has much Cheaper and Reliable Launch Facility used by Chinese Companies.
Welcome to the Globalised World.
When you walk and talk like an Indian, chances are you're injunAnd this guy says he is not an Indian![]()
When will India catch Dawood Ibrahim ?India to launch 3 satellites for china
Cheaper I can understand, but more reliable? Can you provide a credible link that says Indian Launch Facility is much more reliable than the Chinese facility?
India almost went to war with Pakistan after Mumbai terror attacks 2008.And what you have to do with that moron.
and use proper language when you speak to me because I can easily mess up a big man.And what you have to do with that moron.

To save himself, Dawood Ibrahim can carry out assasination of Narendra Modi. Then ?Oh don't worry about that we have taken their care with Peshawar.
And talking about war it should be the last thing to talk about it because we known that Pakistan is best in war.
If you you question "Cheap" and "Reliability" , then perhaps you are questioning the entire progress and the Industrial Might of China !!
But hold on , I guess You are right. India has made a Difference.
In Space Launch the "Reliability : is in terms of the number of successful launches. India has launched 30 successful launches in a row.
There is no better proof as the complexity of success ( as obvious in the case of Proton Rockets ) indeed makes "Rocket Science" the name it has.
Again, do you have any credible source that indicates "India has much Cheaper and Reliable Launch Facility" than China, particularly the reliable part?
