Even these days they have setup slums here in Kashmir also generally around the outskirts of Srinagar. Better to do some toilet construction or go for "swachh Afghanistan abhiyaan" that's what india should be doing but arming Afghans.

The Afghans already have a lot of american equipment which is not helping them whatsoever so indian military equipment which is far far inferior to american military hardware is not going to change that at all. This news is sensationalism at it's worst. The only thing Pakistan needs to do as far as the Afghan problem is concerned is to heavily seal the border and halt all movement to and fro.

By challenging the Durand line, India will infact be making the biggest mistake as Durand line was 'imposed' on Afghans and similarly MacMahon line is 'imposed' on China as they never ever ratified the same.
