Another delusional comment. Since you asked, so let me tell you now. It was India who first approached Bill Clinton and begged him to pressurize Pakistan to withdraw. Clinton at first did not do anything and ignored, in the mean time Pakistan continued holding Kargil. Then after a while, Clinton went to Geneva. India sent another delegation to Geneva, this time it was special diplomatic emissary and begged Clinton again to pressurize Pakistan into withdrawing. Clinton once again ignored this special emissary. Then India pulled out this nuclear cat out of its bag of tricks and told USA that India would go nuclear on Kargil. Clinton has mentioned this clearly in his interviews. At that time Clinton contacted NS, and this is how that PM ended up in Washington. Hope this will show you how a huge country that thumps its chest on international level came down to begging and to US of A
