India threatens Pakistan while Pak Army targets political leadership in press conference

Pakistan Army is run by extremely stupid generals who dont know the sense of proportion and whose ego is bigger than their self.

Once Imran Khan comes into power, all the generals and other officers who were involved in this regime change operation and those who perpetuated crimes against nation must be court martialed.

Once in power, the elected, civilian government must take stern action against these generals. This sting will have to be taken out. If civilian government does not take such action, forget civilian supremacy. Even if Imran Khan sweeps election with 3/4th majority, these generals will find a way back in politics to topple Imran.

These generals are servants of state. Their rank, uniform & privilege are bestowed upon them by the nation. They are there to serve us, not rule us. They need to be put back in place for Pakistan to move forward.

China, Singapore, Malaysia and India got independence along with us. Look at where they are now. Vietnam recovered from decades of devastating war imposed on it first by France and then USA. Its becoming an economic powerhouse. Bangladesh, which was dirt poor when it seceded, is now getting ahead of Pakistan. If these generals stay, we will soon be in bracket with Afghanistan.

Indian Defence Minister threatened but everyone is expecting PA to give an answer to it. Why not the Pakistani defence minister?
Maybe PA is saying, let the defence minister answer, we wouldn’t since it is not at our level.
Winds of change is it?

Well there is a shortcut. You can include this territory in local indian version of Google maps. Or try to win it in the addictive conflict of nations ww3.

Bhai mere, Mujhe na AJK chahiye, na hi GB. Ye to Rajnath ka dialog ke upar charcha ho rahe the. I'm perfectly happy where I am. I have plenty of friends, including Pakistanis, with whom I gel pretty well. I am happy with status quo, as long as I see India doing some sort of efforts & progress, however small it is, towards economic progress.

USA has no such interest unless Pakistan goes the way like Somalia
LOL, the US has an interest to take over nuke weapons of Pakistan, and time and again they have mentioned that. The location of Pakistan is of strategic importance, and countering china from there would be very easy secondly, we don't need an Irani Persian with the American flag to lecture as - go to hell, please

What's stopping India from implementing them now?

Oh, right, the same old hegemonic, expansionist attitude that prevented it from implementing it in the past.
Instead of abiding by the basic framework of prerequisites, forget de mobilization and de-militarization, Pakistan literally invaded the territory twice, and now expects India to implement pelbiscite? What world are you living in? If you want to fall to the UNSC resolution... As far as the vote is concerned Pakistan has completely changed the demographics of parts of Kashmir under it's occupation and relinquished parts of it to a third party, So there is no chance of a vote by the UNSC charter any longer. You are free to take it up with UN, and see the outcome.

Coming to the hegemonic expansionist attitude, let's recall; when Indian forces infiltrated the demarcated Line of actual control to forcefully occupy Parts of Kashmir occupied by Pakistani forces? never if I recall correctly.
If in your opinion Operation Gibraltor and Brasstacks and Kargil were kosher by UNSC charters, maybe India should take a page out of GHQ Rawalpindi's notebook at the time of it's choosing.

We've been over this multiple times, yet you lot insist on regurgitating your dissembling excuses. The basic framework required a tripartite consensus on demilitarization, a process in which India showed its complete lack of sincerity by demanding a unilateral withdrawal by Pakistan first and foremost without any corresponding simultaneous withdrawal by India, a position that was clearly incompatible with the ground realities of two hostiles engaged in controlling said territory through military force.

It was only after India's stalling and unrealistic demands on demilitarization that Pakistan took the actions it did, to force a change to the status quo.

The rest of your balderdash, of demographic change and what not, there is no credible evidence supporting this. If India genuinely believed there was any significant demographic change, that would be something that could be raised within the UNSC, calling on the UNSC to initiate independent investigations verifying such claims on BOTH sides of the disputed territories. This is where your disingenuousness becomes clear - any sincere party, had it really wanted to implement the UNSC Resolutions, would have raised these concerns in the UN and called for an independent investigation to verify the authenticity of said claims, but India just continues to lie and deceive to perpetuate its illegal occupation over IIOJK and refusal to abide by the UNSC Resolutions she committed to.

There appears to be an issue of understanding and convenience here.
The UN charter mandate was implementation of the charter sequentially and not parallely.
The first mandate was for Pakistan to withdraw its troops and that is what India has been demanding.
Any case, Simla agreement changed the entire thing since both countries agreed to solve the matter bilaterally.

Unlikely that India would change its stand and it is unlikely that anyone can force it to.

I am not lecturing anyone. I am telling what I see and what I would consider practical.

If Pakistan sticks to their official position on nuclear positions and acts as per their official stated position I do not see a problem. Taking over the nuclear weapons of Pakistan is not a trivial task. You have 100+ nukes, 10,000 civilian scientists/engineers/scientists and a massive 500,000+ man army. The only way to even attempt such a scenario is the absolute disintegration of Pakistan. I do not believe all these nonsense about extremists taking over.

To the degree Pakistanis are insecure. I cannot help you. I can say either you like to believe & engage in conspiracies or believe that some of your countrymen are ready to sell their moms to the highest bidder.

If you read the exact words of the UN resolution.. it asks Pakistan to remove tribesmen and those who are not locals ..while it demands india to remove forces...the word forces or military is particularly for india only. The reason behind it is pakistan unofficially went into 1948 war and irregulars were fighting it together with tribesmen. And it was in response to indian invasion way before socalled signing of IoA when pakistan was awaiting response to its request for accession and proof of that is jinnah asking irregulars to move when general gracie refused to move pakistani forces.. Today the pakistani regiments in the disputed area held by pakistan are mostly locals. And no pashtun tribesmen. Pakistan can remove any non locals if india affirms initiation on the UN resolution plan but india shys away from it and brings shimla up every time. Shimla is a bilateral agreement and anything at UN supercedes bilateral agreements among nations... btw india has already violated most of the Tennants of shimla esp. 370 move..so it's useless now.
