i dont understand you, its all facts, also Indian record has more credit than China, you know China may cover up failures, Chinese record is fake.. etc. nevertheless, India ranked 1st in terms of success rate of 2011 space launch along with France, Japan and Iran.

Also, the number of satellite that India put in orbit in a single launch is much much more than China, India put 3 satellites in orbit in 2011 April, ResourceSat 2, YouthSat, X-Sat, China only put one single satellite in orbit per launch, its prove that Indian rocket is cutting edge and left China far far behind.
 
I sort of disagree coz though India's success rate may be high but the kind of technologies being compared and the missions make them Uncomparable.

But we launched 5 times more than what they've done. And samples of the Indian successful launching is too small to be conclusive.
 
19 launches in year, China is superpower now, 150 000 000 poor people will be extremely happy now
