India summons Pakistan diplomat over capture of BSF jawan issue

Should have used him as a way to release Pakistani civilians in Indian jails.
We don't kill people in jails as done in pakistan..
No need to remind u on this regards.

Its good that post negotiations pakistan will hand over BSF jawan.
This was a natural reason that BSF jawan was swept in river and came to pakistan side.

.
 I am sorry I cant feel bad about facts or 1/2 negative ratings
In cold war era , spies caught in enemy were part of prisoner swaps.
Soilders or POWs as a swap.
But I dont know any event where Soilders are swap for civilians unless you want to point out one. After all these posts I hope you can :woot:

But I know certain terrorist and mercenary organistations making a swap deal with other govts over civilians. If you want to know which be my guest :D
eg One plane hijack deal and some Hammas deals with Israel.

Sunny...... I hope they teach you to read from where you are
There is nowhere that says a soldier cannot be traded by civilians, and why is this so wrong in your eyes? Are civilians less important? No.

Actually, your side does kill people in jails.

You and @WebMaster have understanding issues  now dont get mad on that ^^^

Army is supposed to be institution or moral and values.
Professional armies do return the non-threat tress-passers with certain interrogation. They dont take Hostages. Thats job of terrorists and mercenaries.
I am saying PA is a professional force unless you want to say it otherwise.

Its not about right or wrong or less or more importance. Its another issue

You side too killed ours in prison.

 nice excuse to run away from argument
So I guess you don't have any example to support your theory/wish.

You may go. I wont bother you. Its also in ethics not to attack someone leaving

PS: this teenager is a professional where it matters and not a keyboard warrior.

let the poor man go .. i think he had no intention to harm Pakistan .. Pakistan has given so many gud gestures to india on many occasions ... India should not stop being stub born and work on improving relationship

This is a classic case of the saying "Chori aur uper sey seena zoori", they are themselves thieves in this case and they are the ones who are trying to dictate the terms on this issue.

Is beef anything bad?? If Pakistan army don't have veggie food that covers the whole food pyramid they're not gonna let him starve!

No you can't.

According to International law, you have to return a uniformed combatant to his parent country; unless you are at war with that country.

So no trading-shrading in this case.

Actually, armies do that all the time. It's called a prisoner swap, and it was very common during the cold war.

Thus, you comment is bad, and you should feel bad.

Prisoner swap was for spies which are Unlawful combatants and are not covered by Geneva conventions.

No its not bad. Its just religious issue same as muslims have with pigs. I think you knew that but you wanted me to write it in offensive way so you can continue troll  not gona happen.

And why PA wont have veggie food ??? Are you saying PA doesn't have enough resources to buy food ???

Didn't I already say, "so what?" Freeing civilians should be both side's priority.

Prisoner swap was for spies which are Unlawful combatants and are not covered by Geneva conventions.
Correct, but considering we're talking about the Geneva convention, don't you think both sides should stop arresting civilians? Having said that, both sides consider these poor people to be spies, so yeah.
