He is banned. So He cant reply.Didn't I already say, "so what?" Freeing civilians should be both side's priority.
I already told there was a policy to do so. But both sides have forgotten it.
There is nothing bad in freeing civilians.
Point is you cant keep a uniform hostage and ask for civilian exchange.
Question is correctly judging who is innocent and who is not. India-Pak border is fortified like no other border. So civilians crossing isn't easy job. Still if someone does that Armies on both-sides have a right to be suspicious.Correct, but considering we're talking about the Geneva convention, don't you think both sides should stop arresting civilians? Having said that, both sides consider these poor people to be spies, so yeah.
Most of the time civilians in our case are fishermen. I do agree there should be mechanism to exchange them but
NOT soldieries for civilians
