1. China does not want pakistan off the FATF list because being on the list makes pakistan INELIGIBLE for low cost loans and they have to some to China for money thereby increasing Chinese leverage on pakistan.

2. IT also allows China to give loans to pakistan at a far higher rate of interest.

3. There is literaly NO INCENTIVE for china to help pakstan get ouf ot the FATF list

4. US was audited by FAFT in march 2020. All nations gets audited by FATF and have to implement its recommendations.

5. India and US are the ONLY Nations who has Certified experts for investigating money laundering. US has CAMS and India has CAME.

6. KYC (Know your customer) is mandatory in Indian Banks and is audited by RBI. Non compliance can make your lose your banking license.
