First of all the amount of money India makes will be a percentage of whatever the vaccine costs + taxes, so not millions. Astrazeneca part of a program called the ACT Accelerator, which is a philantrophic organisation of companies to provide the vaccine and its production to low income and developing countries, so dont start thinking you are special or important for getting an emergency license; its almost certainly more to do with the fact that you have rock bottom wages and the second highest infection rate in the world.

Secondly, if Pakistanis want to purchase specific vaccines for whatever reason then they are completely free to do so and Karachi pharmacy being a private company is welcome to import them from wherever they need to. The govt of Pakistan has made it clear that the Chinese vaccine will be the primary source of vaccinations, and as such Pakistan is a high priority customer for China.
