You talking about Kolakatans??? They even dont know, their own dialects in North Bengal, forget Assamese Bengalis. Even one Bengali guy fell from sky when he came to know that Rohiyngyas are Bengali.
To tell you the truth most kolkatans lost the pride of being a Bengali and they are no more a pure Bengali.
To all no Bengali, only a few people speaks Kolkata dialects which you guys are familiar with and see in your Kolkata TV.

The maids that work in my house are bangladeshis. Not only them but there is a whole community here of illegal bangladeshis that work as semi-skilled labor and earn a lot of bucks. I am in gurgaon and here a house maid will easily make around 5-10k per month, a luxury in bangladesh I believe.
