China's Government budget is around $2.5 trillion per year, and we spend only 5% of the Government budget on defence.

Nearly the lowest in the world. That translates to around 1.4% of GDP.

I wish the govt spending on both health care and education becomes zero. We need to completely privatize and deregulate healthcare and education to allow full competition. Its not the govt responsibility to care of healthcare or education of people.

1) if they do not have to compete with government which provides services at free of cost

2) If people are willing to pay for the services
