I'm replying your post one line at a time...
no confirmation.but its been long speculated that in 3 smaller Shakti devices in Pokhran II,one was Neutrino Bomb.
found this....
The capability of building a neutron bomb in our country?
That capability exists. At this moment we are talking about this credible deterrent that can be established based on the five tests done. If you are talking about a credible deterrent, then I think that whatever has been done is sufficient.
'Neutron bomb capability exists'
tactfully avoided,don't you say??
yes.I'm simply comparing role.generally,W-66 Neutrin Bomb, which was developed by USA some 50 years ago weighs some 150 pound, around same as Akash's payload.and you're shooting questions in the air.do we know how much mature our Nuclear weapons are??are any scientists going to tell us about it??the answer is NO.but if Akash is Nuclear Capable, that means he's going to carry Neutrino Bombs for Airborne Target.and this is quoted several times by defense forces.
its true, but if you compare it with Akash, you'd find that only 2 major difference of Akash with this one is
1.Akash is conventional SAM which can be used for Nuclear Role if Needed.
2.Sprint was a dedicated ABM,while Akash is mainly designed to target AIrcrafts and possibly slow moving Cruise Missiles.
Plus,India never clarified its stance on Neutrino Bomb,so its status and users are unclear altogether.
you're asking a wrong person.India never even accepted that India has Neutrino Bomb.but it is common for every country to develop this kind of Radiation Enhanced Missiles, especially for a country like India who is said to possess Hydrogen Bomb.I ask you one question, can you tell me the reason of testing 3 smaller devices in Pokhran??Shakti IV's spec is almost same as a Neutrino Bomb like W-66.it was a .5 KT weapon, just like W-66.these are wild questions.Nobody accepts what capability they has when it comes to Nuclear Weapons.
Does India have Neutron bomb? we may have - but nobody can be sure as at least we have not tested one ...

You are wrong to compare Sprint missile here ...Sprint was specifically meant to be a Nuclear missile .
that is not the case with Akasah .
akash missile can carry warhead of just 60 kg .
do we have that small warhead - tested ?

if we do have ..do we have policy to deploy it in SAM likes Akash which will not be in purview of SFC ?
If you look at various specs of sprint missile ..you will realize that it is a different missile altogether .

We know very well that Akash is conventional warhead tipped SAM .
show me the official statement where it isaid that Akash is meant to carry Nuclear warhead .
India has no doctrine to put nuclear weapons outside the purview of strategic Forces Command .
do you understand the implications of weaponing theater missiles with nuclear warhead ?
