future...i am talking about the future......when our geopolitical value will be more important and relevant than wat it is today

leave it man...no indian seems to understand this

Which class / standard you are in? Its better you refrain from our capability and policy's analysis, since that seems to be going nowhere.

Remember Obama has snubbed the Taj Mahal for Saudi Arabia, and his speech which was critical about some thorny social issues in India at Siri Fort Auditorium

It wasn't this way really. The media in its hurry has reported it incorrectly. Firstly, considering the sensitivities of Arabs, he had to pay his 'timely' eulogies to the dear departed King (mighty sensitive people), secondly Modi gave two hoots about the remarks from Obama. Modi spoke hindi while addressing the joint press statement, and those who understand the nuances of language understood the hard line modi took while smiling anyway. This was not conveyed in the translations. I watched them both.

Also please continue posting these

and more! super fun to watch !

The Obama visit notwithstanding, there remains deep suspicion of the US within the Indian polity (across the board). I don't think the Chinese have much to worry about and that will be the message the FM will be carrying to the Chinese leadership, and Modi will stress on it some more when he visits later.

I don't see why India have to break old alliances to make new ones, or upset our neighbours to the east. We can all engage in mutually beneficial business and trade and not at the expense of each other.

Peace in the 'Asian century' and prosperity for all

THAT'S IT??????

Syria - A UN thing.
Already accounted for.

Georgia
Europe/US not really involved in the fighting

The threatening deployment of USA's missiles in Europe and Russian's counter-actions:
Well geez you think they are going to say yippie to that!!! Expected reaction.

The north pole territorial claims
They are just one of a bunch of countries sorting it out. Not like they claim the whole thing and are threatening to blow people up if they don't like it.

Cuba
Bah, they haven't been in Cuba in a long time. Give me a break.

Arms sales competitions
Oh please. Business as usual. Lots of countries involved with that. China and Europe too.

Iraq war
LOL. They should have tried harder.

Just check your above comments and the one you presented below and see for yourself how ridiculous you are

Ridiculous! The Russians had been relatively quiet for the last 24 years. Yes, they still oppose us in the UN...but that is expected and the status quo for the last 50 years.

The Ukraine issue put them in the spotlight again.
If no Ukraine there would be no issue and they would just be ignored as they have been for the last few decades.

. .
The Americans are getting a lot more impatient to see this Indian tactics

more like the US had been relatively quiet in eastern Europe, apart from Kosovo.

the CIA fuk'd up the Kiev coup bigtime, and now you have civil war with nazis on a killing spree in Donbass.. Russia were forced into action when they took Crimea, they should have helped the LPR/DNR establish a republic right then.

. .
Are you saying the scenarios in Georgia and Russia are the same?

OMG
what I am saying is there is never a "quiet" Russia on the world's theatre
A lot of things have been going on well away from the UN spotlights
