And as its playing on 16th July, the Russian order for R77's and R73's haven't been canceled, thus a shoddy piece of writing from fluff piece writers.

India has operated Derby and Python for close to a decade, I-Derby is just a new iteration, same with RVV AE, most likely K77 and possibly RVV SD will come as a newer iteration of RVV AE.

India will also be getting the ASRAAM, which probably is going to be spun in a fluff piece by some third rate author in a similar fashion. India had long back even tried to persuade MBDA to integrate Meteor with the MKI, given russia's situation now with the Nato, MBDA declined, and I Derby is mostly to supplement unavailability of Meteor as IAF had planned it.

Everything, everyone & every kind to be blamed but India themselves. Between the mix of admission of failure & losses by IAF, somehow managed to blame others so that the confession may go unnoticed. India wouldn't be doing so without public consent & that is the public who agrees to everything at convenience in fear of shattering their dreams of being super force in the region.

IAF reveals that it didn't take any shot being outgunned but still managed to claim shooting down of imaginary F-16 and none bothered to ask the right question - that is the matter of convenience.

IAF accepts that PAF fired multiple shots against MKI but managed to escape so - who knows what really happened under the circumstances of lies by IAF.

So IAF never knew as how long can shoot and all those exercises & training went into drain just like that? where you never know your weapon quality but still threatens adversary 24/7. Russia will somehow come out to reveal the facts like USAF exposed IAF lies about Red Flag exercise scores.

Why India will blame Russian equipment plainly especially since India is the major buyer of Russian Weaponry? so the logic is simple that India is gone into Western/US camp, turning out to be the Major Non-NATO Ally and will start buying non-Russian medium to high end equipment.

The reason of their choosing Israel made missile is because on 27 feb only isreal made spider scores kill when it successfully shot downs an IAF helicopter while all the Russian made mijjiles failed on launching pads..

But like any weapon system,It's prone to human error
