Epic Fail Pakistani! :drag:[/QUOTE said:and a successive india
The article is spot on ...... Naxalites are not terrorists and that GoI is confused or clueless on how should it tackle it. On one hand center favors talks, but also demands laying down of arms and without addressing the core issue of the Naxals(GoI is correct in not using heavy fire power against our own citizens). And on the other hand, the state gvernmemts are addressing this by armed means. This is the current state of confusion we are in.
We need to realize this is peoples movement, and unless we address the core issues raised by Naxals, we are in for a long drawn fight.
the Naxalites or Maoists are simply looking for better life and fair justice for their own group of people, the very basic rights...if the indian government really listens to people's voices they wouldnt have to adopt violent method to express their anger. most of indian member here are from those safe and more developed cities probably have no idea of what those village people are suffering
You're right. The Naxalites are NOT terrorists, they are freedom fighters.
(And before anyone starts whining, remember that Indians love to call Chinese separatists freedom fighters too).
It was the Chinese & Pakistanis who started calling the terrorists in Kashmir as freedom fighters, we just gave you the taste of your own medicine when we said the Chinese seperatists are freedom fighters.
Yeah right, you guys even hosted our separatist groups back in 1959.
Which was the year in which you made China into your enemy. Before 1959, there were no problems between us.
